My name is Christina and I was born and raised in New Jersey U.S.A in a small family situated town, Oakland.

I was raised in the food and hospitality industry, which the whole family participated. I remember my mother folding spinach pies and she would give me left over ingredients to keep me busy while she was preparing food for the stores, I was about 5 yrs old at the time, little did she know she was inspiring me to follow my dream.

My love for cooking started at a very young age and grew stronger growing up. When we moved to Greece  I then realized that the Mediterranean cousin of local and organic ingredients gifted us greatly with healthy eating habits which I adopted and used religiously as a mother of two wonderful children and which I have chosen to share with you.

Working with people all over the world is such an amazing experience that I knew I had to combine the love I have for cooking with my devotion for satisfying people who visit Greece, so here I am waiting to share an experience with you.
